Dr Charen is incredible. Did great work with my surgery but not only that his dedication to follow up seems rare to find today. Dr Charen worked with me and my physical therapist throughout my 9+ month recovery to design a program that ensured I could reach my goals to return to competition. Notably, he spent time on the phone and texting with my physical therapist to discuss treatment plans and progress. My PT said in over 25 years he has never seen a surgeon so attentive to the recovery process as Dr Charen.
called this office multiple times times . They put you on hold for ever . Then once on the phone The receptionist is rude ! They are like talking about everything under the sun ☀️ except for me the patient . I hung up i’d rather have pain than go somewhere where the staff is unprofessional. .
Thank You to Dr. Charen for the wonderful care he has given me. I'm so happy that he treated me in the E.R. I follow up with him. I will never see anyone but him. Everyone in the office has treated me so well , thank you to the office staff, the Nurses and to Karen who has taken my X-rays. I feel so comfortable with everyone.
