I was born and raised in Savannah, TN, a town of 8,000 people where everybody knew everybody. In small town Tennessee, it was not hard to find someone to look up to, and in my case, that person was my hometown physician. I have strived to emulate his kind and caring demeanor, as well as his expertise as a healer. Simply put, my philosophy has always been to treat my patients with the care and respect they deserve...the way I would want my own family to be treated by their physician.

Never sees patients on time. Scheduled me and left me in a room for a whole hour cus his highness was in the gym. Sent my labs to the wrong company and now I have to deal with a debt collection notice for a Pap smear I did not even need. This office is incompetent.
Horrible HORRIBLE scheduling. Both before COVID and now. Zero assessment of how long a well-woman visit actually takes, zero respect for patient time. It is ludicrous that I am supposed to block off half an entire work day just to get a prescription and spend hours in a waiting room because the staff absolutely fails at time management. Stay away.
Dr. Channell Has been one of the best doctors I’ve seen in years! His bedside manor is amazing, he’s funny, smart, explains everything step by step to his patients, and his staff is very welcoming. Not to mention his office is so clean and pretty! I HIGHLY recommend Dr.Channell
Terrible. Dr is an established business man more than a dr.
The office staff is less than desirable. I'm actually changing doctors because of them. I'm a fresh post op patient and could not get anyone to help me with a surgical complication. His staff told me to see my primary care MD for the issue.
