I had my left hip replaced in 10/15/25. Dr.Mascarenhas was great. He explained everything from beginning to end. Came to see me before the surgery. After the surgery, everyone was great and when I got to my room, the nurses were unbelievable. My last appointment included X-rays which he confirmed everything was good. Still in PT, I am getting stronger but it’s taking longer than I expected. My legs get very weak, working with my PT therapist to get my legs stronger. But Dr. Mascarenhas was wonderful. Thank you
Dr. Mascarenhas was very caring and efficient. My knee replacement surgery went well and I am now fully recovered. I would highly recommend Dr. Mascarenhas.
Dr Mascarenhas has been wonderful to work with. He's available, kind, thorough, careful. He first put screws in to keep my cracked femur from breaking. We hoped that would take care of the pain. (He warned me it might not.) But my arthritis had become bad, so we did a hip replacement, taking the screws out at the same time. All was seamless. Recovery has been fine. He has been available and helpful at every step. I can't recommend him more highly.
Although it was my first visit, it was extremely pleasant. Five minutes after I entered the facility. I had x-rays shortly after that I was seeing the doctor. He was very patient and very kind and informative. Like I said it was my first visit, but I am very pleased and looking forward to getting a date for surgery.
I met Dr. Mascarenhas in October of 2024. 11 months later I had a full hip replacement. He never rushed me. Office visits were also never rushed. He let me ask ALL the questions. I have and will continue to recommend him to everyone. Best news is I have no pain and am back to living!
