We were referred to Dr Macarenhas by Dr Hwang who met with us the prior week. Dr. Hwang had taken X-rays of my hip determined that I needed have hip replacement surgery. Dr. Mascarenhas’s met with us last Friday and did good job of explaining the hip replacement procedure and what to expect.
Dr. Daniel Mascarenhas was very personable, and professional. He explained everything in details and language you can understand. I would recommend Dr. Mascarenhas to my family and friends.
Dr. Mascarenhas was very helpful and knowledgeable in my injury. I am looking forward for my knee replacement surgery. The Doctor put my mind at ease. Amazing surgeon and wonderful staff! After 10+ years of trying PT, injections, and literally being told I just had “weird hips,” I was 55 and unable to take our dog for a walk without pain. I was so relieved when Dr. Mascarenhas said he thought I would get some relief with hip replacement. I was definitely ready, but had never been under anesthesia and was pretty nervous about that.
