Worst dr. treatmment ever did not try to help me beyond 2 min. looking into my mouth at gums Gum problem which was caused by something else not investigated or refered for other helpimproper billing acxtivity to be investigated possible referral to OMB

Dr Harper is knowledgeable and skilled but recent corporate buyout resulted in loss of hygenist and office staff. Atmosphere has deteriorated, staff is overworked and billing is a mess, bills are not being submitted to insurance and patients are expected to pay in full, phones are not answered, stress level is high.

I liked Harper during my July 2022 visit. His staff has been a nightmare since. Although they had my information, it took them until mid-February 2023 to bill my insurance company (Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, based in Portland), and they did so only after I learned they had been wrongly billing Blue Cross of Michigan and only after I had Regence call Harper’s billing office. I was referred to Dr. Daniel Harper's office from my general dentist and absolutely LOVED my experience with him and his staff! Dr. Harper was very informative and really cared about my person situation. I would defiantly recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you... Mrs. B Nelson

Dr Harper is my dentist. I visit him every 3 months to keep my perio under control. Before I saw him, I had been told that my mouth was in terrible shape. He explained my options and together we chose the best treatment for me. I found the whole experience a lot less scary than I thought it would be. He did a skilled surgery and his staff took care of me the whole time. They were very nice. That night, he called me at home to see if I needed anything. I see his hygienist frequently too. My dentist found some rotten teeth in my mouth. Sigh. He sent me over to see a periodontist, Dr Daniel Harper, so that we could all figure out the best way to proceed with treatment. We decided on a bridge which would attach to implants underneath. Dr Harper pulled the bad teeth and put in two implants. His staff and Dr Harper worked together to make the experience comfortable and as pain free as possible. It really wasn't that bad at all.
