First of all I am not happy, I need more characters to explain how helpful and thoughtful Dan was. He has worked with five people we know, that is how we encountered him. I think it is important to note this. When you have multiple people, you know and trust. Telling you how amazing someone is, you have to at least give them a try. Dan was very thorough and went above and beyond in helping us find a home. He listened to what we wanted and he cared about us, not about doing a deal. He also helped us understand the process including items we didn't even think to ask or consider, and as a result we got the right home. We will certainly be working with Dan in the future.
