You know I haven't spent much time there, and only truly found them through Ride Houston, but I had a ball there. Needed a little help with my bars before we went for a social ride. Staff was super helpful and jumped right in. Great vibe in the place.
I bought a secondhand bicycle from here, the bike was fairly good and the customer's service was also fine. (There are a few cats as well.)
