Terrible bed side manners. The Dr. is a kid that doesn't want to answer any questions from the patient. He is annoyed with a very arrogant attitude. He still has to learn a lot about life and how to treat people with respect. I will never go back to that office again. Horrible experience.
Had a great experience w/ Dr. Bernstein and team. They do great work and are very nice/human about all the details. Dental work sucks. These guys make it suck way less.
I am a huge chicken, and Dr. Berenstein was so patient with me. Valerie was also amazing! I go back in a few weeks to check how things are doing. He extracted a tooth and did a biopsy of my gum.
I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. As a health professional for 41 years I know it is so important to treat each patient as a unique individual with respect. Dr Berenstein is that kind of doctor that you know you can trust and feel assured that his treatment and recommendations are the utmost up to date information. I have had a benign growth on my lower gum that continues to grow back.
