2 years later Dr Balaze work became a nightmare. Bone graft for implant went bad, crowns needed to be removed for root canal, then moved his office to LA and could not finish the job. I asked for resolution and Dr Balaze himself told me all sales are final, not quite the response expected from a doctor.
