DR Great. Kaiser good. However, you are no longer patient friendly. Too automated. You have taken away the individual receptionist in each dep., the self check in at times does not work and you must go back down to ck in with a beautiful human who can ck you in, no personal touch. Bring back those smiling faces to each reception department. Show you care again. A machine can never replace a real human who is a real person. Thank you
