Unfortunately, my experience with this office has been very disappointing. While the doctor is knowledgeable and caring, the office staff are often rude, unhelpful, and unresponsive. They make it difficult to get authorizations, refill prescriptions, or reschedule appointments. It feels like their main focus is collecting payments rather than supporting patients. I would not recommend this office based on the poor administrative experience.
I'm sorry to see so many negative reviews regarding office staff. Every time I call, the phone is answered promptly and the staff, whoever answers, are courteous, professional, and extremely helpful.
The staff are horrible!! I've left several messages with no return calls. Called to get my RX filled and it was closed? Never saw the MD but with the NP who was very nice. Called to find out why my RX was closed out, no answer & left a VM. I think I'll have to find another Neurologist. Which means I have to wait on another referral, schedule the appt and wait some more. My migraines don't wait! Ugh!
This horrible man wouldnt see a woman anymore because she didnt remember her 3 appointments. For gods sake, she has dementia. They have a 3 missed appt rule. Now she has to find a new neurologist. So sad. Who does that to someone with dementia?!
Zero stars for this organization this organization are living from paycheck from the insurance Negligent people the president of the United States should close this organization.
