I highly recommend Dr. Agraz. I saw Dr. Agraz in the Grand Island office. Dr. Agraz was very kind and throughly described each step of the procedure he conducted. Dr. Agraz made sure I was comfortable and understood what he was going to do before proceeding. The office staff was friendly and worked hard to get me a referral for another specialist in Lincoln or Omaha ASAP.
I would not recommend. No compassion for his patient. He has difficulty conversing like a normal person. Very awkward. . I called Kearney Eye to get my glasses checked following a car accident. Couldn’t speak to a tech because they were short staffed. Had to leave a message.. A scheduler called me back with an appt to see Agraz. He couldn’t or wouldn’t help me with my request for glasses to help with the light sensitivity. Told me to come back again-a 60 mile trip and more time off work. Very disappointing and.
