Doctor show up an hour late to my appointment doesn't apologize, was impolite, condescending and displayed a complete lack of consideration or sympathy to my feeling and concerns. I put off yearly check ups and haven't seen him in 4 years because of how rudely i was treated
I have always had good experiences with Dr. Wuthrich and his staff. Whenever I send messages or questions through MyChart the clinical team is extremely responsive, which is awesome
I had a device check appt and then my appt with Dr Wuthrich and every one from the front desk to the the techs and nurse ,and med asst.and Dr. Were friendly,compassionate, professional and explained things in a way I could understand and listened to what I had to say.
