Very rude and disinterested. I have never experienced less interest in patient care
I go to Dr. Spilman once/year for earwax removal. I have found him to be most accommodating and personable.
DO not see this doctor unless you want to be belittled. He has really bad bedside manner. My partner went in for sialadentitis and upon entering the room he roughly touched the stone under her jaw and asked her how long she's had the problem he then said this is not an emergency and you need to go to your primary physician and see someone else. He also said, I dont take medi-cal. Mind you I checked with the office assistant PRIOR to taking a day off to go to this appointment that this doctor took medical. someone was confuse... read more
I have seen him for 20+ years. He knows what he is doing, does great surgery, is smart. All in all he is a great ent doc.
Dr Spilman fixed my surfers ear. He made time and was good natured through the whole process. Highly recommended for surrfers.
