Bought a hearing aid from this practice which worked fine until the holidays. It stopped working one day, and when I called I was informed the audiologist was away through the holidays and would return in about TWO WEEKS. And, there was absolutely nothing they could do (oh! she MIGHT call in and they could tell her about the problem, but she still wouldn't be able to do anything for two weeks.)
