I had a root canal. No pain at all. The worst part was being numb afterwards. Dr. Dunbar was very friendly and funny. I just don't interact during procedures. I wanted to ask if he was hiring. Just the type of place I would like to work. Paula G.

i'm still experiencing pain right now and it's been two weeks. i'm going in next week to see what's going on.

Had a root canal done. The staff was not very helpful in calculating the costs of the visit because one staff member told me that my out of pocket expenses would only be $500 while it ended up really being closer to $1000. Dr. Dunbar though was professional and the procedure was quick.

The submitted $ amt charged was still higher than my portion paid PLUS the insurance provider's amt that they were willing to pay for, but I have not yet been billed from the dentist for that excess amount. I was told that because the doctor is an "in network" service provider, he has generally agreed to accepting just what the insurance company views as "standard", thus the amounts listed below for the procedure cost were all that I incurred. My son (age 16) had Dr. Dunbar and it was well worth the drive to have him do his root canal. I am so thankful for the referral from a local dentist!

I was nervous, had a lower molar that needed a root canal--Dr. Dunbar was great, efficient, explained everything and most of all pain free..I can't say enough and his office staff was very helpful and worked me in right away. Over all this is a top notch highly professional staff with the highest quality of care and helpful regarding my insurance plan..I felt comfortable there even having a root canal and would highly recommend Dr. Dunbar and his staff!!!!

The procedure was done quickly and almost pain-free. I was very impressed with Dr. Dunbar's chair-side manners. He explained everything that was going to happen and tried his hardest to help me relax. I'm very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend him to others. Excellent endodontist!
