Dr. Burstein was super professional while being funny an engaging. My teeth still look perfect after 6 years (all you have to do is wear the retainer). His staff is very knowledgable and efficient and I never had to wait more than 5 minutes after signing in. His offices are extremely high tech, but still kid friendly as he streams Disney movies all day. I could not be more satisfied with my experience. 5 stars for Dr. B!!
Dr. Bursteain said he'd take the braces off when we were both happy with the teeth. Instead of working longer with my upper teeth, he filed one tooth and took my braces off the next visit, even though I wasn't sure about his move and told him so. He left my lower teeth crooked and my upper teeth not properly aligned.
