Dr. Xiao's visit was every bit worth the wait. Excellence from the moment I stepped in the office and from everyone! The time and questions asked and answers given was precise. I had some questions answered that wasn't clear with me from other Dr's. My first appt : I’m very impressed with the doctor and her staff. I was recommended to her by my GP. At first, the appointment was very difficult to get. I would’ve had to wait one year exactly for an appointment. I almost had a breakdown because nothing was helping me and I felt like if anybody could help me, she would be able to. And so I called the office directly instead of their appointment scheduling line and they were able to give me an appointment three months from the time that I’ve called.
