The customer service is just fantastic. I’ve had a string of vehicle issues the past few months and Danhof is the only place I’ll take my vehicle going forward. These folks are in your corner, patient and understanding, really trying to help you out rather than a cash grab. CJ up front is very clearly someone who takes pride in his work. Ken and See Jay were able to squeeze me in for a last second appointment (literally, I called them that day to see if they could fit me in), to balance my tires. Pomp’s and Les Schwab were unable to successfully complete a simple balance job. I also drive a FORD, so that should be mentioned here.
