Think twice before you rent, buy, or lease from them. They own our neighborhood and refuse to do the work needed on the streets to hand over to the town. They are supposed to plow us during the winter and leave us stranded every time where we are left to figure it out ourselves. Also, they dont build great houses that last. Do your research.
