I'm fairly new to the area and decided to try this place out and am so glad I did. The sub was delicious and felt so welcomed by the staff, especially Steve. He guided me through the menu, popular items and his personal favorites with an authentic smile and great attitude. Since then he knows my order and seems to treat every customer i've seen like a friend he's known for years. Customer service like this is rare these days. Went for lunch yesterday. Right when you walk in, the place was obviously very clean. The lady at the front said she was the manager, and helped me through the menu. I had never been here before, and she was very patient with me. I ended up getting The Steak Number 9 on her recommendation, and was not disappointed! I will definitely be back for more. They have a bakery too which looked good, maybe something I'd try in the future.
