I suppose Dr. D'Angelo reviewed the test his assistant gave me, but I didn't feel the testing was thorough. I was left with little confidence in his patient care or his diagnosis.

I am going to be filing a formal complaint against this man because of his lack of knowledge about his actual field. If you had a visit with this individual that left you feeling uncomfortable I encourage you to contact the state of texas licensing agency I am contacting now and do the same. He is clearly not fit to be diagnosing anyone with such little knowledge of his actual field. His diagnosis had to be redone completely and was confirmed after a terrible experience in his office.
I did not find them easy to work with - esp when discussing and processing insurance claims and refunds. They find it necessary to hold my refund for two months in case the insurance company changes their mind or determines they have made a mistake in refunding the provider. I've not had any other provider do this and find it questionable.
D'Angelo evaluated me for dars about my ability to work. After his assistant, Very nice but probably not a nurse, He came in and asked a few questions, 3 to 4 minutes total. Thats it, Then he left me with the assistant for quiz tests for 3 hours. He never came back in to ask me about my personal feeling/mentality, Fom this ignorance he told dars I wasnt motivated to work. My advice, Pick another Dr. They give u a choice, Don't let this Dr help ruin your life. Update after follow up if changed.
This Dr is very detailed. He works with the state of Texas and is highly recommended for all the right reasons. Very professional.
