This is solely a review for the quoting process (as the job I was looking at was too far away for it to really economically make sense to do), but Chris at D'Angelo was amazing throughout the process: super responsive, helpful and transparent, which is a real rarity among contractors.
In the midst of sheer panic as my roof was leaking following 55cm of snow, I connected with D'Angelo and Sons for help. I spoke with Taylor who was understanding, empathetic and incredibly helpful. She promised she would do all she could to get a crew out quickly, and she did. The crew was on-site within 24 hours, made the harrowing climb up to my roof, found the source of the problem, and fixed it. I could not be happier with the outcome, and with the service I was provided. I trusted them to help, and they did.
Taylor was expectionally helpful, friendly and patient. Made me feel like I was in good hands right away and made the whole process very seamless. She even went out of her way to ensure someone came by as soon as possible, since it was an urgent situation. Jeremie was also very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you.
Aaron and the team at D’Angelo’s was awesome to deal with on our last custom build. They were clean on site, the team was professional and created a beautiful end product. Sandro was great bringing it all home!
