The staff here is wonderful. they took such great care of my baby. 💜
Poor follow up notices for vaccines, which causes the owner to start vaccine series over and having to pay twice for the same. Also, had to put my dog down, the tech never exclaimed the process, very uncaring, I waited with my dog afterwards, and no one ever came back. I had to contact the front desk to come get my dog before I left. Horrible experience.
Great staff! Not only did they take very good care of our puppy they also made sure my little mans puppy was ok also. Very kind and caring staff!
Tuesday I took my dog for a fecal test, and I'm glad I did. I was unaware she had worms as I saw no symptoms. I now know to remove fecal waste daily and to schedule her for a test every year.
I'm not saying they don't take good care of the animals they care for. BUT, make sure you bring your wallet because they are all about the money.
RecommendedSomeone dropped off a female half-grown kitten at my house recently. I got her in the same week to Guernsey Veterinary Clinic to have her spayed. They were so nice. I took her back yesterday for her rabies booster shot. She’s doing great! The staff is very nice and friendly. And I didn’t have to wait long. Was in and out very quickly. I like that! >^..^<
I take my very anxious dog here to get her nails cut. She usually whines a lot, and is very nervous. She doesn't like female dogs, and if there is one there she becomes very aggressive. It can be very embarrassing, but they always know how to handle the situation by putting us in a separate room, and they never make us feel unwelcome do to her agression issue. I've heard them back there with her while cutting her nails, and they are so sweet to her, and understand she's just anxious. I highly recommend them! Wonderful girls!
Very caring people who always do their best for your pets.
Very friendly staff. We have used them for years and love the care our dogs receive. Would highly recommend them.
