Had PA Shannon Clay, and what a disaster she is. First, this office asks you to fill out blank paperwork saying that they used a measuring device on your joints, BEFORE you’ve even been seen. Next, PA Clay will write things in your report that she didn’t even look at — like how TF did SHANNON know how my nasal passages look, WHEN SHE DIDN’T even look in my nose!!
