Amazing doctor. Kind, caring and compassionate. Had surgery in 2019 in Niagara Falls, NY. If anyone knows where Dr Pham is now I’d love to know.
Dr. Pham has been absolutely wonderful throughout this entire process. I had my bariatric surgery last Friday, and I couldn’t have asked for a more considerate, caring, and thorough surgeon. He came highly recommended by a few friends, and he and his office lived up to every word. Highly recommend!
Dr. Pham helped making me feel at ease with his caring attitude. He spent a lot of time explaining every little detail. He seems genuinely passionate about helping me fight my disease looking for a lifetime solution and not a short term quick fix. I had to see him 6 or 7 times and every time he greets me personally, and took his time to listen to me and answered all my questions, repeating to make sure I understand due to his Asian accent. Dr. Pham saved mine and my husbands lives. we were headed down the obese, unhealthy path. without him, our life would definitely be worse. we can now play with our grandchildren, walk better, of medications. etc... A++
Very informative, took the time to explain my options and what I need to stay on track. the month support group put on by his office are enjoyable and very informative.
I had weight loss surgery in September of 2016 and I have been supported by dr Pham and his staff the whole way! Dr Pham is a wonderful man who helped to change my life and I am forever Great full! If you’re looking for the best, look no further, Dr Pham is the one for you!
I had weight-loss surgery by Dr. Pham in 2015 May 4 I have lost 160 pounds and feel fantastic . Dr Pham explained everything he was going to do came and saw me after my surgery checked in on me the following day and made sure I was comfortable and on my follow up appointments praised me and made me feel so good about myself I would definitely send anybody to him who needs weight-loss surgery ! You truly felt like him and his team were there for you !
I can not speak of how good of a doctor Dr. Pham is because I was unable to schedule an appointment with him. This was because the staff did not get all my medical records I requested for them. All they had to do was call medical records and ask for more information, which should have been in their job description. Rather they declined to schedule me an appointment and told me it was my problem, not theirs. Staff was not friendly, caring, or understanding and very unprofessional.
