the website was a little overwhelming but they were very friendly and helpful with all the questions i had. the whole process was very clear and had no problems
It was my first time costuming a paddle and I had no idea how it works. But when I put my order in Dang and his team helped out so much, they made what I had in mind for the paddle to come out so much better than my draft. The service was great in general everything was great! I would come back and make another custom order when my other big graduates 🤩
