If you're in a bind, don't trust these guys. Literally blew me off and never got back to me until I had to reach back out myself. Drunk driver hit our uninsured car, so I'm sure it's a tough case, but they communicated pretty much nothing until they called to say the drunk driver's insurance never reached back out.
