I was an acquaintance of Dr Hoa Tan Dang when he was in Vietnam. He was a military doctor after liberation 1975. Before he and his family went to the US and set up a business, Dr Dang used to live and have an relationship with my friend. The couple had a son but he was not responsible and abandoned them.
