Had an eye appointment on June 15 at 2:30. I couldn’t make it so I called to cancel/reschedule . Explained to the receptionist it took me 3 months to get in for the appointment and I couldn’t wait that long to reschedule. She told me I could come in the following Saturday 17th at 2:00. I confirmed before hanging up it was the 17th. Showed up for the appointment to be told I didn’t have an appointment.
