Had an eye appointment on June 15 at 2:30. I couldn’t make it so I called to cancel/reschedule . Explained to the receptionist it took me 3 months to get in for the appointment and I couldn’t wait that long to reschedule. She told me I could come in the following Saturday 17th at 2:00. I confirmed before hanging up it was the 17th. Showed up for the appointment to be told I didn’t have an appointment. This am very disappointed in eye care provided to me. Contacts I first ordered did not work for me I went into the office and got a new prescription and took contacts packages unopened I was told they would call and the manufacturer to get a exchange if possible. I was told not to try to order contacts in at this time bc wait 2weeks. I waited 2 weeks with no answer at this point they still had my contacts in house. They would not give me another trail pair in till I ordered the new pair of contacts. I was treated rude but th... read more

absolutely disgusted with this place. they scratched the lens on my current pair of glasses when they checked the prescription and have no regrets. absolute denial they did anything wrong, refuse to even attempt to help get the scratches removed. these glasses cost over $500! I do NOT recommend them at all! Terrible service

I will never be back after my experience with Manny today. Very rude & unprofessional. Tried to tell me my contacts were on backorder. Tried to claim that I didnt get a text that they were ready to pick up, even when I showed her that I did. Tried to give me one trial pair of -1.0 contacts when my prescription is -7.0 and told me “it was all they had.” Please keep her in a back office, she is not a people person at all. I made an appointment for my daughter. I told the lady that scheduled my appointment that I was deployed to a different country/continent and that her father or grandparents would be bringing her. The lady told me not to worry about it they would take care of them... (this is NOT the first time we have used Dr Dang or associates, over 3 years, and out of the 4 of us seeing them we have never missed an appointment). Went in today to get an eye exam and told Dr Mark Horne that I think I have something in my eye, he found a piece of grass that has been irritating my eye for weeks now! He got it out and it feels soooo much better! So Thankful he took the time to find it and take care of it!!!! #thankfulandblessed #nomorepain

They are a wonderful bunch of employees!! Dr. Dang is a very friendly and positive optometrist!! I LOVED making it back to my appointment again. And another big bonus is when you're products arrive, they always take the time to send you a text or an email.
