What an amazing patient experience! I was greeted with a smile by Natasha as soon as I walked in! The reception area is nice, clean and bright! Dr. Fawcett is the friendliest doctor and Neurologist ever! He made sure that I felt comfortable while he asks questions about my medical issue. I don’t recommend Danforth neurology if you have any issues deeper than a headache. Our experience with Dr. Fawcett and his staff was unprofessional to say the least. To begin with, Natasha at the front desk would not let me speak during a call to book an appointment. Olga is very kind but read a note verbatim from Dr. Fawcett that claimed my fathers issue was not of importance after spending half an hour with us telling us “how important it was”. Dr. Fawcett is amazing. Super helpful migraine advice. Additionally, Natasha relayed and dealt with my issues promptly and replied expeditiously to my questions. Overall, I've had a great experience. When my migraines increased they squeezed me in for an appointment promptly.
