Ugh. They used to be good. The dental staff are truly good people. The administration and management are a joke. Whoever took this practice over are a joke. They keep screwing up claims and appointments. I am tired of them and will be moving on. I will miss the hygienists and dentists
Great group of professionals! Been a patient for over 30 years, and always the best service. Hygienist Crystal is outstanding! Had a recent procedure done by Doctor Khatri and assisted by Eugenie that went beyond my expectations! Eugenie was great at keeping the stress level down, and giving me the information that I needed. My visit to Dr. Munjal Khatri has made me never want to go to the dentist ever again… a dentist that isn’t him, that is. For context: this isn’t at all sponsored. I don’t even have Canadian healthcare; I’m from New York City. I paid completely out of pocket, and even then, everything was still more reasonable than what I would’ve paid in NYC.
