It was my first visit and I can’t recommend Dr. Fenn and her team enough. Dr. Fenn was extremely thorough, professional, formative and so pleasant to talk to. She was able to fit me in to replace a badly done old filling. I hadn’t realized just how bad the other filling was until it was fixed. My teeth feel and look amazing. The office staff and the hygienists were also very warm and professional. I’m happy to have found such a fantastic dental office in the neighbourhood!
Exceeded my expectations. Today was my first visit and I found Dr Fenn to be very knowledgeable, thorough, skilled and efficient. Her teammate Lisa is very companionate and reassuring.
This Dental office is a disappointment. They have horrible communication skills as we emailed them and called countless times. Not a community-minded dental office unfortunantely that left our organization without a response for more than 3 weeks. I would go elsewhere if you want timely communication. Just had a very challenging procedure, and Dr. Fenn and Lisa were very professional, caring and took the time to explain every step of the way so I was prepared for what to expect. Also, they took extra care for how I would feel afterwards and offered solutions in case of discomfort.
