I can’t speak for everyone who works at this pharmacy, but the two women that I interacted with today were rude and very unhelpful. They were more concerned with closing exactly on the minute of their closing time than helping a young mother with a sick baby coming out of the walk-in clinic. They were also very rude to another mom who didn’t speak great English and was having trouble understanding them when she came in with her son. This place used to be the best, now they are Not professional I need to call them several times to get my prescription medications, yet they cancel last minute because they ran out of it and need to order. Or it’s simply not ready and I need to wait for half an hour while they count the pills! I would not criticize if it was only a one time thing. They need to improve themselves. I hope they do.
The service at this place is a joke.
This place was great when Mina was here. Now it's terrible. Shelves are barren and disorganized when they used to be full with variety, employees often don't know what they're doing and they don't call me when they say they will call. Their debit machine is not working and they had no explanation for why my prescription was not filled and why they didn't call me to say there was a problem. They drop the ball all the time now. No diligence in a healthcare setting is not a pharmacy you want to be at.
