Danforth Animal Hospital began in 1981 as the "Downtown Animal Clinic," in a little red brick building at the corner of 3rd and Broadway in Edmond. The staff consisted of Dr. Ron Laughlin and his wife Nancy. By 1986 the practice had outgrown that small building and was moved to the current location at the corner of Danforth and Chowning. To better meet the needs of our clients and their pets, the new building was designed and constructed specifically as a veterinary hospital. I had a very bad experience, I took my dog to see her doctor, because she had a problem in her eye, and there were several visits with periods of 3 or 4 days each and she never recovered, I had to take her to another clinic where in less than a week it is already improved with the service they gave me.
