I had someone else come in a do an appraisal and wasn’t knowledgeable at all.Then we had Danford appraisal come in and gave me the right market value appraisal for my house.jo is a smart great guy
Highly recommend. Joseph was excellent, knowledgeable and straight to the point.
Had Thomas as our Appraiser. He was prompt, professional, patient and polite. He took his time to appraise our home and property thoroughly. I was impressed. We have experienced other appraisers who were so rude and condescending so I had my worries before he arrived. Thomas made me feel at ease from our initial phone contact and I thank him for that! Highly recommend! !
