Unfair Warranty – I am completely unsatisfied and luckly my kids were not on the freeway. I took a 2002 Chevrolet Tracker with rear end damage to Dane's in June 2011 for repair. I started the conversation off with, "This vehicle is for my kids". I informed him that the insurance company is paying for this repair. They replaced the entire rear end with a used part without my knowledge or permission. That information was not communicated to me, so of course the warranty time was not communicated to me either on the used part. ... read more
