we have always had a good process dealing with Riggs. I said I would recommend them ,.and that is true. but I would make sure that I would tell any new clients to make sure they that there are no surprises at closing. our was minor, but I was not happy about it.
The Riggs Team performed beautifully. Our home purchase was literally a whirlwind. Everything happened very quickly from finding the home to making an offer to moving in. The Riggs Team made it all go very smoothly even with the couple of hiccups we had in transferring funds to necessary inspections. There were there for us whenever we called.
