I had a wonderful experience here. I’ve been looking for a mechanic since moving to Portland, and they’ve 100% earned my business. Not only was I given great (and same day!) service, but also given some common sense and money saving advice for the long term care of my Honda. They really went above and beyond. Also gave me a loaner car!
I hate to leave a negative review, but I’d give them -5 stars if I could. Dane motors took a job of replacing an abs module for my Prius, which they never should have. They started the job in late October of 25 and it’s still ongoing. After their first failed attempt, I had to drive it around while they looked for a viable part. The 2nd one they got was the wrong part so I had to drive it around some more. This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with car maintenance. John and Al go above and beyond to make sure your car is running the way it should. They both are exceptional at what they do and really take care of their customers. I’ve been recommending them to everyone!
Was selling someone who claimed to be the owner of the shop by the name of rio loza an RV on facebook marketplace, he said to bring it by his shop to take a look at 1:30 we came by and he was on a job and not ready to buy the RV like he said, told us to park the RV on a random street by his shop and he'd look at it later, we cant leave our RV on a random street in Portland especially when we live in Vancouver, waste of time and gas coming down to his shop for a sale just to get blown off, said he'd come by Vancouver to look ... read more
