The worst Automotive, in Portland Ever. He told us my car car, it’s gonna be ready by tomorrow at 4. And I’m gonna reach out to you tomorrow 12 pm and he didn’t call me at all. It’s about to fix lower control and the alignment. And he didn’t fix it . I complained him and he told me we can’t do that and , they left my car and my car key outside. No responsibility, you guys should close your business as soon as possible. Very terrible place for car safety
Treated with complete disregard. I called in to set up an appointment to have my catalytic converter replaced. Told me they could do it that day, so I took the day off and dropped it off. They never touched my car and never bothered to even give me a call. Absolutely no respect for people.
I don't normally post reviews, but I am this time to warn others away from an extremely negative experience with this shop. TL/DR: Run, don't walk, away from this place. Consistently poor communication and uncompensated negligent damage to car. Save yourself the headache (and $$$), and go somewhere else. I brought my car in for a routine belt replacement, and while they were in there, they said the oil pan needed to be replaced too because it was leaking. This would be an additional $1300.
