The staff here are very friendly and excellent with kids.
Was going here with my daughter(was about to start taking my son) it has a good atmosphere but long wait times and I missed my daughters appointment(the first time was due to living in the mountains and being snowed in) and thought it was another day and they said if you mess up twice they won’t see you anymore so just be warned if your human and forget you can only do it twice. Due to that we will be finding another dentist
We had the absolute best experience here. I wish I could give 10 stars honestly. 1000/10 recommend. They were so very sweet and patient with my extremely nervous daughter. Explained everything to her as they went. I cannot brag on Alex and Dr. Massengale enough!!!
My son has been going here for years! I love the people here
This office was wonderful with my son. He has had minimal experience with dentists, but they were great with him. Everyone from the receptionists, to the techs, to the specialists were all so kind, easy to understand and took our concerns seriously. They were able to squeeze us into an oral surgery slot within a week that we were expecting to take months to get. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
