D'Andrea is the best! She saved my fiancée's bridal shower! The day before her shower a diamond let go from her engagement ring (for context, D'Andrea did not make the engagement ring). The diamond could not be found and my fiancée was devastated. How embarrassing, going to your shower and your engagement ring is missing a stone? I stopped in the store to check out some crosses and baptismal pins for an upcoming baptism. I was greeted promptly and warmly. The young lady behind the counter was very sweet. She was knowledgeable about their products and pricing. She was able to answer all of my questions regarding engraving and about repairs. They do all of that in house which is a huge plus. I have been searching for a new jeweler since our previous jeweler retired. I will be back, for sure!!
She fixed my 15 year old engagement ring and I am so grateful that it no longer catches on everything I put my hands on! My husband has also gotten me some lovely, unique jewelry from them and I couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!
Andrea was a pleasure to work with during this important chapter in our lives in helping me pick out/create the engagement ring. She was super knowledgeable and very patient with me as I knew very little about this process. She made me feel comfortable and created a trustworthy relationship throughout this process. At the end, my now fiancé loves her ring and that makes me extremely happy. I’ll be sure to continue using her shop for any jewelry purposes and highly recommend her shop to anyone else!
