If only I could give Zero stars. We are extremely disappointed with the ongoing lack of punctuality at this clinic. Despite scheduling appointments well in advance, we were consistently made to wait past our booked time. This experience has been deeply frustrating and reflects a disregard for patient time and consideration. Regrettably, we have decided to move on from this clinic (there are few good doctors, I believe they need to move as well to preserve their reputation)
Absolutely the worst GP clinic in Australia. Appointment or no appointment — it makes zero difference. You’ll still be left waiting endlessly. The waiting times are ridiculous, completely unacceptable. What’s worse, people without appointments are seen while those who booked in advance are left sitting for ages. There is no respect for patients’ time, no organisation, and no accountability. Avoid this place if you value your time and sanity.
I had my doctors appointment on 25th of June and they still haven’t returned my appointment holding fee. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.
