We’ve been going to Dandenong Super Clinic many times, but the experience has been very disappointing. My mum has had shoulder pain for 8–9 months, and the doctors still don’t check her properly. Every visit feels rushed, and we never get real answers or proper care. It’s really frustrating and upsetting to see her still in pain after all this time.
Doctor in Room 10!! She’s very Rude and Horrible!! She is such a waste of time..Please avoid her at all costs.
Pathetic service and they don't even pick a call. Even if you got an emergency they don't cooperate at all.
This was my first time visiting this place. Even though it’s a busy centre with many clients and a lot of demand, I believe the customer service should still be good. For example, the receptionist should be friendly and professional, especially because many of the people who come here are children, women, and elderly clients. So disappointed they don’t have no tissue and soap in the toilets of pathology please considering hygiene it’s a clinic ! and take so long to call you out for gp appointments. Disgusting . I have photos let me know your team want it for prove you guys always apologize and don’t make any changes that’s why your reviews are low too.
