Dr Ayesha is the worst doctor I’ve ever experienced. Rude, arrogant and gave me the wrong treatment on several occasions. She refuses to listen to your needs and bluffed me when I asked for antibiotics to treat an infection with over the counter nonsense that was a complete waste of money. Not competent!
One of the worst experiences I’ve had I went there to sign my work related documents she didn’t wanna sign it she started making excuses and later she started saying she can’t trust me idk for what reasons and other big reason which I’m pretty frustrated and offended about is sending me to counselling, which I’ve never been and she didn’t even bother checking the records she blamed me for that.
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. When I first arrived, the reception staff told me I had an outstanding fee to pay, even though I always provide my Medicare card. They claimed I might have booked a private consultation, which I never did. At first, they wanted me to pay around $75, and only after a long discussion did they reduce it to around $44. Make you sit for 1 to 2 hours despite having appointment and the GPs don’t listen to your problems attentively and just try to wrap up every patient very quickly. Waste of time and no professional GPs.
The sms not working. The email not working. Waste time with reception. Most doctors not able to write proper referrals, English. Not sure how they got their medical license or passed exams.
