Doctor was good, professionalism at the clinic is not, was booked in with the wrong Doctor by the clinic and was told on the day of the appointment it needs to be changed , no issues change it , something came up in life and I was unable to attend the next appointment contacted them 5 days in advance and was attempted to be pressured to keep the appointment and they wont just keep rescheduling I've had a number or appointments here and the only one that was rescheduled was due to a incorrect booking . I will not be returning
Very happy with service, advice, and help with cataract surgery. Would recommend anytime. Dr Tan and the rest of the consultants and staff are great, easy to talk to and explained the process and follow up. Thank you for my new eyesight - seeing the world in very bright clear colour.
My husband Mark had cataract surgery on both of his eyes with excellent results. All of the staff are incredibly helpful and caring. Dr Michael Chen is a wonderful surgeon . Mark now has 20/20 vision and couldn’t be happier.
Absolutely exceptional experience at this clinic. Dr Alexander Tan was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explaining things clearly. I felt truly cared for throughout my entire visit. Highly recommend this clinic.
