Horrible attitude from the nurse in the evening on the 1st of July. She assumed I wanted a prescription and an injection and raised her voice asking “what do you want me to do? Who’s going to inject you? Why would you give me an expired script? I don’t know who you are so why would I give you a prescription”. We had an appointment an 1PM. We got there at 12:45PM. We waited until 1:30 and we didn't even get served. We also had to pay $50 for no reason
Super impressed with how professional and attentive the team was. Even though it was busy, they made sure every patient was looked after with care. Dandenong really needed a clinic like this!
