As stated on their website walk ins available, instead the nurse came out to the waiting frowning at me asking why I was there in the waiting room so I guess patient confidentiality is none existent there I was so embarrassed to talk about my symptoms IN THE WAITING ROOM, the nurse looked at me like I was less than and said it’s not an emergency and to go home and take a Panadol hmmm why didn’t I think of that?! I will definitely be making a complaint to the health commissioner about this so called medical clinic
As a medical professional, I would never return and cannot recommend this clinic. I brought my 1-year-old in with respiratory symptoms, including mild distress and an audible slight wheeze. The triage nurse took a very poor history, was dismissive, and incorrectly told us “babies are belly breathers” when she was clearly showing sternal recession. EDIT.. JULY 2025.. Again im extremely disappointed. I came across week ago with some very serious issues, I was told its nothing and to go home and rest, in and out within 5 min and not even an exam of any kind. I went and got another opinion like last time and this doc said go to emergency now! So I went, stayed in hospital for 3 days with bad internal bleeding, then after being discharged went to narre warren urgent care to get fluids as I no longer treat this place.
