I had a 2:30 appointment but was still waiting at 4:50. Very bad experience.

Special thank you and acknowledgment for Doctor Jason Hong. He has been very compassionate, caring to patient. The best human being I ever met so far in my life as not only he cared about Lin's WC up to the point that he even called Monash Clayton hospital to query someone there about submitting WC, he also checked about Lin's right ankle and he remembered us, asked about WC again. The second doctor we met last year never even bother to ask us anything about WC. Infact, i was non existent but Doctor Jason Hong is different. ... read more
Outpatient reception staff are extremely rude and hopeless. They never speak to patients with kindness or respect. I urge the manager or head of the hospital to supervise them and address this behaviour.
