Absolutely unacceptable service and zero accountability. Dandenong Garage Doors installed a garage door at our apartment building almost a year ago and failed to install a roller arm on one side of the door. This wasn’t wear and tear or damage — it was never installed in the first place. When we provided clear photo evidence showing the roller arm was missing and had never been there, they flat-out dismissed it, claiming we had “no proof” and insisting on a call-out fee and replacement parts. Had an issue with my door. The serviceman came out and not only resolved the issue but also went above and beyond (doing a standard service & fixing another motor for our other garage door too). Excellent. Will use again.
