I have been getting waxed for 5+ years this is single-handedly the best wax I have ever gotten. Zero broken hairs and way less pain and the smoothest results I have ever gotten. The room was beautiful very clean, the whole experience was comfortable and quick! I highly recommend Sue she is so so wonderful and knowledgeable!! Truly the best experience all around
07/05/25 update (previous review here was five years ago and I am STILL a loyal client! Do these stars go up to 11?! (Spinal Tap reference, lol.) I finally tried the lash and brow tinting and I am happy to say, and not at all surpised, that my eyes are popping!! I can’t use eye make-up because of having Multiple/ Hyper Chemical Sensitivity and have been hesitant to try tinting for that reason.
