Very disappointed by the lack of professionalism and follow-through. Did thorough research beforehand, including a detailed consultation where every step of the treatment process was discussed. Yet, after the service, hair looked worse than it did upon arrival. Not only paid for the initial treatment, but also had to pay additional money at another salon to correct the damage. I knew I could trust Daisy for a reason! I had been searching for someone who could do precision cuts and I found her 🙌 she is so personable with a calm cool personality. You feel like you’ve known her for years. Can’t wait to see her again in September! $80 for a haircut from Daisy is worth it. She cut my hair to perfection 😩 and curled my hair so beautifully. LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE STYLISTS! everyone who works here is driven and kind. mistakes and miscommunications can happen. its really important you listen to stylists (they went to school for this), and when you're unhappy with a service typically they will offer you CORRECTION services over refunds as they still used product and time on your hair, and you still paid and left the salon. All the ladies that work at this WOMAN owned salon want you to leave with beautiful hair you are happy with:)
1 star. A close friend of mine recently had an awful experience with this salon, and after seeing everything that happened, I had to speak up. I would NEVER consider booking here. She paid nearly $400 for a keratin treatment and instead of leaving with smooth, healthy-looking hair, she left with visible flakes throughout her hair and was told that this was normal.
