Extremely disappointed – Color ruined and zero customer service. I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at Dandelion Salon today. I went in for highlights and a root touch-up with Lindsey, and the service was a complete failure from start to finish.During our initial consultation, we agreed on chocolate brown highlights referencing some photos.
