They are overpriced, don’t send what is photographed on the website, don’t respond to emails and super rude when they call if you’re are not home for a delivery (even if you are arranging a loved one’s funeral).

Bought a corsage and a boutonniere for my daughter for her last Prom and the Corsage band busted immediately. I called them first thing Monday and they asked me to bring it in. Upon bringing it in, they only offered me half after saying oh yeah this is a very fragile band. It didn't even touch her wrist. They only offered half because they had to pay for the flowers, well excuse me but I paid for my daughter to wear it and she couldn't. Received on Friday this is monday don't know what my daughter spent but very disappointed 2 days should have lasted at least a week

I was excited to find Dandelion Express online. My son's family was working in the area and I needed balloons sent to my grandsons! The customer service was so helpful and they got the surprises to them delivered on time. Cute stuffed animal, candy and balloon bouquet!!! Thank again for your helpfulness and making this DiDi's day.
