Substandard cleaning, a revolving door of unqualified employees, broken items, unprofessional response when there are problems. Owner needs professional training on how to handle customers. Good employees keep leaving the company. I would stay away from this business.
Kati does not have the integrity to honor the mistakes and damage done by her employees. She is more concerned about her own loss than keeping and retaining clients. Kati, your response is not at all accurate. I did approach your employee about the mistake that they made in my home.
