Ive always disliked being out of town and needing to order flowers over the phone. My experience with Dandelion just totally confirmed my worst fears. Our dear aunt passed away in Myrtle Beach the beginning of November and most of the family is located in Pittsburgh. We were attending the funeral, but I ordered the flowers from home before we left. My daughter rencently had a desitnation wedding in Myrtle Beach SC. The Dandelion staff was wonderful. I cant say enough good things about them. Being from out of town we had to drop in several times unexpected and they were more than willing to sit down with us and make changes. The flowers were absolutly beautful and everything we asked for. I would highly reccomend them.
Important to know that they have recently been purchased by out of town owners and the reputation of old days is long gone. We hired them to do the flowers for our wedding party. It was a disaster. Out of 12 flowers, they got two correct. The contact even had the nerve to change one of our orders based on her opinion, without contacting us. I never mind a professional opinion, but we should have been consulted. Also, the customer service was ridiculously bad. They stated they did not have time to go over our order a few days... read more

Dandelion is a great place for flowers but I was glad to find out that they can also come and decorate an area using wonderful live plants. They can help you with your office, lobby, home or any place that you would like a unique and inviting environment. Thanks Julie for letting us know about this awesome service. Oh, and they will take care of the plants for you too. I recommend this company!!
